Analysis of phylogenetic trees

Both of our trees agree. This confirms our original hypothesis that flowers that bloom in the same season are closely related. The pollen in the sunflower and crysanthemum are similar but there are small differences between the two types of the pollen. The protein based phylogeny helped us confirm that the two summer flowers really are closey related to each other.
